Ixsir is one of Lebanon’s most beloved wines, having acquired brand equity and a loyal customer base that relates to its story and brand essence. After handling their brand identity revamp and ongoing communication, we were on to revamp their website.
Ixsir is a wine with a story, and so their digital presence needed to story tell!
The website starts with a video that shows the beauty of the vineyards, mountains and winery, whilst giving information about the wine-making process. It then showcases the many awards the brand got internationally, further reinforcing its excellent quality.
In the “our wines” section, wine lovers can browse the collection and find details about each of the products. The Winery experience section, highlights the stunning location of Ixsir – up on a hill in Batroun Lebanon – and shows a glimpse of the vineyards that can be explored when customers book their tour through the website. This section also allows customers to book a table at Ixsir’s restaurant or reserve the winery for a private event.
The website also features a private registered users section for professionals to access and download technical sheets and additional resources.
These features were implemented using a self-hosted version of WordPress and a custom theme designed from scratch for the brand.
Overall the website reflects modernity and storytelling, which is what Ixsir stands for.
