As the leading payment solution in KSA with an impressive 60% market share, Geidea needed a full rebranding so their identity would reflect their leadership status. At the time their name and visual identity lacked the weight and impact such an outstanding company should have. Even the website was not optimal since it had lot of information organized in a non-user friendly way.
Given their ambition and vision to grow outside KSA, we were on to re-create a brand that would resonate internationally.
Starting with thorough research, we assessed the brand and pinpointed which elements of its image had some equity with customers. Based on these findings, and an understanding of where the brand wants to be, we developed a comprehensive brand strategy, recreating a brand with international standards, and developing its full corporate identity design, environmental experience, POS branding, and product development. We also created a new responsive website with e-commerce functionality, highlighting the latest products and allowing small businesses to start accepting payments in only a few clicks.
We later went on to handle their full communication and developed an integrated marketing plan to promote the products, train the staff and effectively sell the brand to new customers.

One that meets international standards and that projects a solid and trustworthy image which is vital in the finance sector and especially money transfer. In addition to this, the brand managed to reach out to a portion of merchants who were still skeptical and today is the payment solution provider of choice for more than 300,000 merchants in KSA.
