Wael joined us in 2021 for a very important mission: making sure WonderEight and the Wonderians grow stronger, happier, and shine even brighter – no matter their line of work or city of adoption. This entails recruiting and retaining talents of course, but also implementing the right policies and processes that will lead the company to new heights.
With close to twenty years of experience, Wael is well prepared to accompany the agency through its transformative journey. He’s notably worked with leading hospitals, IT and engineering companies in Lebanon and the GCC and spent 6 years as Group HR Manager for Alumco Group’s 2,400 employees. He also runs his own HR consultancy platform where he provides his analysis and recommendations to help company’s shift toward a more resourceful direction.
When he’s not turning HR acronyms into actionable plans, Wael can be found spending quality time with the family, staying up-to-date on all things car and crypto, and mostly wondering how he ended up becoming a serious adult!
