Great, cause we’re looking for a Senior Art Director to work as part of the Creative team.
The work you’ll do:
- Create and execute digitally-led ideas that span small to large campaigns, brand experiences, events and websites.
- Introducing and applying expert art direction to the visual elements of creative projects
- Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns
- Inspiring and motivating co-workers and the agency’s clients to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work
- Leading and reviewing the work of Art Directors and Designers and providing direction and feedback
- Taking ownership of assigned projects and the visual elements of creative work for new business pitches
Qualifications:
- Experienced with a minimum of 8 years in a reputable agency
- Of excellent ability to pitch, and knowing how to make a case to sell people on an idea through beautifully designed presentation decks
- A dedicated problem solver with outstanding communication and time management skills
- a strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration and animation
- a keen eye for visual details and accuracy with multi-tasking skills
- the resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
