Great, cause we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to work as part of the Client Servicing team.

The work you’ll do:

  • Be responsible for one assigned client(s), overseeing the work we do for all of its brands.
  • Understand clients’ business challenges and act as the point of contact for clients and digital department on day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a strategic partner throughout who understands the client’s brand and business inside out, developing a roadmap for continued success.
  • Support in building the client’s yearly marketing calendar and advises on key campaigns.
  • Identify new opportunities within current client relationships and design strategies for expansion.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to clients’ objectives.
  • Develop clients’ briefs and communicate them to the client servicing and creative teams.
  • Prioritize & set expectations on key deliverables.
  • Activate, where possible, a full-service level engagement with the client and its needs.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients, becoming their trusted marketing partner.
  • Navigate through a client’s internal framework and positioning us as the right partner.
  • Act as a primary point of contact with the client and potential partners with the supervision of the Account Director.
  • Lead and inspire initiatives based on the client’s objectives, paint points and latest trends, with the support of creative and digital teams.
  • Coach client servicing team on writing coherent and insightful creative briefs.
  • Support client servicing team in daily job-related hurdles and be an efficient problem solver.
  • Lead on weekly internal meetings with multifunctional team: Accounts and creative team.
  • Overlook and ensure a proper coordination between Agency various departments: Media, Production, Social Media and creative department.
  • Ensure client strategies and high-level client objectives are acknowledged and applied by various Agency departments.
  • Make sure campaigns are delivered on time as per pre-locked CPS to avoid delivery delays.
  • Ensure that all client servicing project management tasks are constantly applied: Status Reports, Contact reports, CPS, Delivery notes, Approval forms…
  • Prepare clients presentations buildup in line with the creative brief that led to the creative development.


  • A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising, Business or equivalent.
  • Experienced with 4+ years in a fast-paced client side or agency marketing team with an understanding of the fundamentals of marketing practices and principles.
  • Experienced with 2+ years agency/consulting involvement within the last six years of employment
  • A modern marketer with a natural aptitude for strategic collaboration and relationship building
  • Of solid organization skills including attention to detail and of multi-tasking skills
  • A dedicated problem solver with outstanding communication and time management skills
  • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent at problem solving, with analysis and presentation development skills.
  • A skilled communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including both professional and casual style of communication.
  • A good negotiator and creative at your core.
  • Proficient in Google docs, slides, sheets, or equivalent.
